I am a relational therapist and came to psychotherapy as a result of my own life journey and my longing to become the person I was truly meant to be. I believe that each and every one of us deserves to embrace our unique self as we know in our hearts our worthiness for love, and we always know the rightness and integrity of our own unique presence. The secret now is finding the safety to operate openly and freely from our authentic self. I bring many years of experience as a therapist in accompanying clients as they make what is often the long journey home to their authentic self.
