I trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist in London (2014-2019) and have been practicing since 2017, after a 15yr career in business. I focus on working collaboratively with the client to offer a therapeutic approach uniquely suited to them, drawing upon various modalities such as psychodynamic, attachment, behavioural theory.
As your therapist I will be a companion and a witness. My aim is to provide a relational sanctuary where you feel comfortable to share your story. My objective is to be compassionate, curious, empathic and honest, and to ask you questions that will open-up new perspectives and opportunities for healing and growth. I have experience in a diverse range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, self-harm, physical abuse, chronic illness, loss, bereavement, neglect and abandonment.
Anyfioti, V. & Luca, M. (2020). The missing piece: an interpretative phenomenological study of the experience of unresolved infertility for women Journal of Psychological Therapies 5(1) 22–39.
I have worked repeatedly with clients from extremely deprived backgrounds, and clients facing (drug /alcohol) addiction, neglect and physical abuse, trauma and sexual problems.
We’d be happy to answer your questions about how therapy services work.
